  • Pest control and WDI Inspection: A specialized separate wood destroying insect and pest inspection(WDI inspection) by a contractor licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture can be added. (This inspection may be mandotary with VA mortgague loans)

How Long Does a Home Inspection Take?
Most of our home inspections are completed within  2-3 hours.
Some inspection may take 30 minutes less or more to be completed depending on the size, age, and conditions of the home.  Additional services such as Termite Inspections may also add more time to the inspection process.
